Summary:
The Human Resources Assistant helps with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties. The HR Assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following areas: departmental support, new hire and benefits administration.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inclusive of but not limited to the following:
• Filing of HR records.
• Calling and Scheduling applicants for interviews.
• Applicant Tracking in Infor HR System.
• Name tag administration
• Preparation of Training Materials and Notes
• Mass distribution of various HR notices including photocopying, scanning, assembling, etc.
• Computer literate.
• Letters and Correspondence.
• Memos to stores
• Manuals Updates
• Tracking of various
• Microsoft Office Suite
